Challenge
Develop the design and document a 20,000sqm new office-warehouse building at Moorebank for Toyota’s industrial forklift division. In addition, design the 3,500sqm corporate interiors fit-out to house two divisions of Toyota in separate tenancies.
Solution
Effective planning and knowledge of warehouse flows and truck movement delivered efficient shared facilities with both the NSW and National divisions accessing the warehouse through separate entrances. The two-storey office building houses open plan offices with meeting, training and breakout areas.

A cost effective state of the art warehouse linked with vibrant office facilities that exhibit and support Toyota’s corporate culture and brand.
