The brief was to undertake architectural design and DA documentation for a new luxury 15 Terrace house development at 40-46 Wentworh Park Road, Glebe. WMK was to develop a concept reflecting the immediate built environment and to ensure the use, scale and character are in keeping with neighbouring sites and developments.
The architectural design reflects the immediate built environment and character to provide for a luxury 15 Terrace house development. Key design elements include 3 bedrooms, study, lift, dual living areas, a rear terrace, and internal courtyard.
The use, scale, and character are sympathetic to the views and character of the existing Glebe context and the aesthetic is a combination of traditional and contemporary materials and building elements.
The external terrace areas are designed in collaboration with the Landscape Architect to create a garden character with privacy and screening to provide high quality spaces reflective of the overall design and development.
