A 148-room hotel near Prince Charles Hospital in Chermside, designed to cater to long-stay patients, families, and business and leisure travellers. Working from an approved scheme, WMK developed a design reflecting the residential context and incorporating warm, nature-inspired interiors. Featuring a café/bar, gym, conference facilities, and vibrant common spaces, the hotel will provide a unique offering for Brisbane, support the adjacent hospital, and help address the city’s accommodation shortage ahead of the 2032 Olympics.
