The established Space&Co 8 Exhibition St design aesthetic of Raw/Refined carries from the work environment through to the new dining space, providing a lux vantage point from which to enjoy the sprawling Level 22 views. 

The Café was challenged by the same value management process which afflicted the remainder of the project.  Through a collaborative relationship between WMK & Plan Group, we were able to reduce the total cost to within the budget whilst maintaining the key design elements which were important in upholding the Space&Co's identity.  

Sustaining the Space&Co tenancy the new Café acts as an integral hub for the co-working community, servicing both members and non-members with a coffee offering that meets Melbourne's exacting standards, as well as providing event catering through to light lunches.
