CHALLENGE

WMK were brought onto the project by La Salle to create a point of difference for 3x Speculative Suites within the newly finished building. With so much competition in North Sydney, the brief was for the designs to be memorable, to help attract potential tenants to the boutique building. 

SOLUTION

Using our experience with workplace design and future thinking, WMK was able to think outside the box and provided 3 very different bold schemes, all of which embraced the building’s features and would appeal to different tenants, whilst still allowing a tenant to make their mark. 

OUTCOME

The design integrates the latest workplace trends, tech-capable amenities, acoustic functionality with sophisticated colour palettes and high-end finishes. These spaces are no longer just display suites, they are designed to be future-proof and adaptable. Speed and cost-efficiency are critical to swiftly bring these suites to market in the current competitive commercial office environment.
