WMK partnered with Charter Hall, Savills Australia & New Zealand, and FDC Construction & Fitout to revitalise Brisbane Square for Brisbane City Council. The project focused on enhancing the lobby, end-of-trip facilities, on-floor amenities, and adding a new podium-level terrace with views of the city. A key challenge was coordinating new designs with existing elements while maintaining architectural continuity.

The upgrade introduced custom Indigenous artwork by Blaklash Creative, improved bike spaces, and enhanced collaborative areas to create a modern, sustainable workplace. The result is a refreshed, future-ready space that meets the evolving needs of tenants and provides long-term value for both Charter Hall and Brisbane City Council.

Close collaboration between all teams ensured a seamless integration of new and existing elements, delivering a functional and aesthetic transformation on time and within budget. Brisbane Square now offers a dynamic, high-quality environment that supports productivity, connection, and sustainability.
