Challenge

WMK is engaged by Growthbuilt to deliver design development, coordination and construction services for Goodman’s latest commercial building at Macquarie Park. WMK is also engaged to deliver the workplace fitout for Schneider Electric the anchor tenant in this Greenstar and PCA A-Grade building. 

Solution

The new commercial building will comprise 4 levels of basement car parking, EOT facilities, gym, ground level retail, and 15,000m² of office space located over 11 floors.

Outcome

Contributing to the expanding and redeveloping business precint, the building is set to become a new icon and home to a significant technology player in 2020.
