CHALLENGE

383 Kent St is an A Grade building with a ground floor lobby, cafe & third space, 12 floors of office space and End of Trip amenities. With the upgrade of similar assets on Kent St and in the area, the refurbishment of 383 Kent St aims to attract new, and retain existing tenants. WMK’s scope included activation and modernisation of the
Ground Floor lobby as well as the Level 14 Speculative Suite, which is to be used as a display suite to showcase the building’s potential, as well as for leasing the floor.

SOLUTION

WMK worked collaboratively with the asset team, project manager, and leasing team to develop a spec suite product that has been curated to appeal to the target market and make a point of difference in the market. The floorplan layout is open and flexible, whilst cleverly allowing for secure line locations, depending on potential tenant needs. The materials consist of a neutral, timeless base palette with bold and textural overlays which create a point of difference, whilst still allowing a tenant to overlay their branding.

OUTCOME

The design is unique and timeless and showcases the building’s boutique offering and harbour views and offering a unique point of difference in the market.
