Challenge

The strategy for the refurbishment and repositioning of this centrally located commercial office tower, was to provide end of trip facilities, integrate new food and beverage offerings and to upgrade lifts and core amenities.

The refurbishment needed to reflect the prominent position, tenant profile and the market expectation for the asset.

Solution

The refurbishment of this commercial office building encompasses a strategic redevelopment of the foyer and the ground floor podium, the addition of end of trip facilities, upgrade of floor amenities, tenancy layouts for marketing, and an extensive indoor-outdoor cafe, dining and bar experience.

In conjunction with the base building refurbishment, WMK has also completed a 1,000sqm marketing suite for the building owner.
