WMK was engaged to design a light industrial facility that includes mezzanine offices, warehouses, and storage facilities. Located directly opposite the thriving Westfield Warringah Mall, 2 Cross St Brookvale's prime location is the gateway from the Northern Beaches to greater Sydney.

SOLUTION

WMK’s design features a concept that spans across 4 levels and a rooftop car park that maximises the 4825m2 site. 

OUTCOME

The contemporary facility will features 38 industrial retail business units varying from 35 to 325 sqm and is due for completion in 2024.
