Located in the prominent Business and Industrial Hub of Sydney's Banksmeadow, WMK worked with Leda Holdings to deliver 13 Baker Street, a high-quality industrial development offering a range of state-of-the-art business and warehouse units and self-storage facilities. WMK designed stylish customer facing facilities that also satisfied the client's requirements for maximising development yield, cost effective construction and commercial facade aesthetic as well as aligning with planning, parking and complex statutory requirements.

WMK worked closely with the client and specialist consultants to achieve effective planning, smart circulation and a successful development outcome. WMK coordinated documentation and provided amended designs for council to achieve DA approval and saw the project through construction to project completion.
