WMK was engaged to provide possible concept design and master plan options for both Milperra and Rockdale industrial units for possible future redevelopment.
Solution
Having previously developed the master plans of both of these sites, WMK was able to create concept designs and master plan options in-line with the client’s future needs that enhance the existing sites and elements seamlessly.
Outcome
WMK’s fresh, bold designs that previously captured market confidence by setting a new standard in industrial park design were further developed for the Kirby sites.
