The Opportunity

As part of our interior design team, you will:

• Grow your career to lead award winning projects that make a difference.
• Play a vital role in designing spaces that are humanizing and prioritise comfort, care, and connection.
• Use your technical skills in Revit/ArchiCAD to deliver thoughtful, detailed documentation.
• Contribute to and grow to lead projects that balance creativity with sensitivity. 
• Collaborate with a supportive team who value purpose-driven design and shared success.

Who This Opportunity is For

You’re a designer who:

• Is self-motivated to lead and create environments that truly make a difference.
• Has 5+ years of interior design experience, ideally in Residential, Hotel, Lifestyle aged care, or retirement living projects.
• Balances big-picture vision with precision and detail.
• Communicates with warmth, clarity, and confidence – with clients, consultants, and colleagues alike.
• Brings curiosity, accountability, and a hands-on approach to every project.
