Duncan MacKinnon joins the Sydney Studio as Project Director

We’re delighted to share that Duncan MacKinnon has joined our Sydney Studio as Project Director, strengthening our leadership across the residential, mixed-use, hotels and commercial sectors.

With more than 10 years’ experience delivering projects across Australia, the UK and Canada, Duncan brings a strong track record leading complex projects from concept through to delivery. His experience spans multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, and community developments, with a focus on balancing strategic thinking, design quality and commercial outcomes. He is known for aligning clients, consultants and project teams around clear strategic outcomes, helping deliver projects that balance design quality, functionality and commercial performance.

Duncan’s expertise includes project and design leadership, business and financial management, contract administration, regulatory compliance and construction problem solving. He is particularly passionate about translating complex briefs into strategic design outcomes, proactively resolving site issues, and identifying opportunities to optimise layouts and enhance long-term project value.
