WMK has celebrated its continuing expansion into regional Australia, with the opening of its new Sunshine Coast office in Cooroy.

The Sunshine Coast is one of the largest regional areas in Australia experiencing a continuous growth rate of more than 4% annually and a strengthening reputation in innovation and technology.  

In recent years, the economy has diversified and strengthened with significant investment in infrastructure developments including the new Central Business District in Maroochydore; $1.8 billion Sunshine Coast Hospital; Sunshine Coast Airport; expansion of the University of Sunshine Coast, upgrades to the Bruce Highway; and new Sunshine Coast Broadband Network.  Major investments have also been made into the expansion of the Sunshine Coast Retail Plaza, and across numerous residential, hotel, and commercial developments.
