WMK is proud to once again work with long-term client Leda Holdings to design three of their latest projects in Sydney.
The contemporary facility in the Northern Beaches suburb of Brookvale features 38 industrial retail business units varying from 35 to 325 sqm and is due for completion in 2024. Also coming in 2024 is the Wetherill Park complex in Sydney’s west which includes 70 units. A DA has been submitted for a high-end light industrial precinct in Frenchs Forest. The proposed project comprises 36 high-clearance industrial units across multiple levels, showcasing a thoughtfully designed aesthetic that incorporates abundant greenery, paying tribute to the surrounding environment. Additionally, the development aims to provide top-tier amenities, including state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities.
