We congratulate Endeavour Energy on becoming a finalist in the 2025 Property Could of Australia Innovation & Excellence Awards for the Best Workplace Fitout or Design.

Designed by WMK, Endeavour Energy's home at 8 Parramatta Square sets a bold new standard for sustainable, people-focused workspaces featuring a 6-Star Green Star Interiors rating, an innovative Wintergarden, and thoughtfully curated Indigenous artwork throughout.

The space prioritises collaboration, wellbeing, and flexibility, and reflects Endeavour's commitment to creating lasting value for its people, community, and environment.

Recognising the challenges posed by high-rise towers, the company sought innovative solutions to bring nature closer to its employees.

Partnering with WMK and specialist consultants, Endeavour Energy embarked on a journey to push the boundaries of user experience design. One key initiative involved replacing fixed external façade glazing with operable glass sliding panels, allowing for seamless connection to the outdoors. This transformation addressed the essential need for access and connectivity to green spaces, even in an urban high-rise environment.

A standout feature of this redesign is the creation of a two-storey Wintergarden between Levels 40 & 41. This naturally ventilated space serves as a sanctuary, merging sunlight, air, vegetation, and raw materials to regenerate the relationship between employees and the natural environment. Here, amidst the lush greenery, employees can enjoy moments of respite and relaxation.

This innovative approach not only enhances the working environment but also underscores Endeavour Energy's dedication to creating a workplace that supports the health, productivity, and happiness of its employees. By embracing nature within their workspace and infusing it with elements of sky-high hospitality, Endeavour Energy is setting a new standard for corporate environments, where the connection to the natural world is seamlessly integrated into everyday work life.
