Development Approval has been awarded for destination Villa De Ma, CDMA Australia and Metro Award’s newest and highly anticipated premium residential 'resort' at 44-56 Cudgegong Road, Rouse Hill.
Designed by WMK’s Architectural team in Sydney, the prestigious residential project will be built over two greenfield sites and offers a unique value proposition to the community through its diverse mix of unique housing options and building heights including low-rise luxury garden townhouses, and 700+ large one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Critical to the complex development application process was the successful removal of the public roadway between the two sites to support the extensive community aspirations for this project by providing a greater area for facilities and landscape.
Extending the resort-like feel through the entire development, each residence will incorporate the latest in ESD principles, with significant access to natural light, ventilation, thermal comfort, solar access and state-of-the-art efficient appliances. Residents will also benefit from the close proximity to the expansive natural Riparian reserve; new Town Centre and Metro; and extensive sporting and leisure facilities.
“This has been a challenging and extended DA process but one that we believe will result in a successful and profitable outcome for the client. The vast array of housing options on offer will also ensure the long-term viability of sustainable communities within the Blacktown City area.” says WMK’s Julian Venning, Director – Design and Delivery.
Following a positive response from the community, sales are well underway. Construction is expected to commence at the end of September.
