Addressing the need for an under supply of hotel accommodation in Auckland, WMK's Melbourne Architecture team have achieved Resource Consent for a new 41-storey luxury tower.
The mixed-use complex comprises 225-room hotel and 32 luxury residences and the elegant design has been commended by Council for its response to the site's heritage.
"The new hotel will contribute to the fabric of the existing neighbourhood while paying respect to the site's history and Auckland's ever-changing skyline." says WMK Director, Steve Tillinger.
