WMK was engaged to refurbish and reposition the former KPMG building, a 15-floor office building adjacent to Barangaroo into a renewed, elegant and contemporary A-grade office environment, with the view to attract high-quality tenants.
The scope of work includes a refurbished entry lobby and office floors, new exterior canopy, additional end-of-trip facilities, upgraded services, and a rooftop terrace for entertaining clients.
The solutions designed by WMK add amenity to the building with new and upgraded facilities and improved entry. A weather-protected entry to the north has been provided, creating linkages with the Barangaroo precinct and major transportation hubs.
