Master plan a $250 million international residential golf resort in the Hunter Valley around a Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole International Championship golf course. The planning needed to allow for staged development and a 100 year flood zone.
The master plan includes a boutique hotel and elegant self-contained residential communities incorporating 250 villas and 300 individual housing lots.
A refined hunting lodge theme has been applied to the club and sports complex design, utilising stone and slate in its architectural and interior expression and reflecting the international brand of The Bear.
The master plan delivers an exclusive resort that carefully sites the amenities and provides luxury accommodation and facilities to attract the target market. WMK was also involved in developing the identity and brand for this unique project.
